EU transparency code signatories set up labelling and marking task forces

More than 90 signatories of the Code of Practice on Transparency of AI-generated Content formed two task forces, on marking and detection and on labelling, chaired by the AI Office. The Commission and AI Board have confirmed the code as an adequate way to show compliance with Article 50.

What it means for business: signing the code is one route to show Article 50 compliance; non-signatories must show equivalent measures.
