Colorado AG files draft rules for new AI decision-making and chatbot laws

Colorado's Department of Law filed proposed rules for the Automated Decision-Making Technology Act (SB 26-189) and the Chatbot Safety Act (HB 26-1263). The ADMT Act applies to consequential decisions made from 1 January 2027.
